Tripartite Outsourcing Model (TOM)
What is a Tripartite Outsourcing Model (TOM)?
It is a strategic combination of onshore sales and pre-project support in the U.S., supported by off-shore project management in Hong Kong and project execution in China.

Why should we use TOM?

Outsourcing of non-core product development tasks is the preferred solution for many businesses. By using TOM, WeSoft customers are able to can maintain a high quality of work while increasing cost effectiveness and reducing time-to-market.

How does TOM work?
TOM is essentially based on a 3-tier model. The first tier is face-to-face communication – WeSoft’s English-speaking US-based sales and servicing team meets with the client to collect information and ensure full comprehension of the scope and requirements of the job in order to provide recommendations on the best solutions available to them.

The second tier is project management in Hong Kong - Experienced project managers from Hong Kong maintain close communication with the US clients in English while managing their counterparts based in China.

The 3rd-tier is the low-cost execution of the project using developers and programmers located in WeSoft’s development centre in Shenzhen High-tech Park, China. With an abundant supply of low cost IT professionals in China and other Asian nations, customers are able to leverage WeSoft’s Development and testing services to complement their R&D efforts.
